Link your device
Use Guided customer setup to select an already paired TV or enter the current eight-character code from Pair device on the TV. Check the customer and account before pairing or confirming activation.
Your Max App setup
Link devices and assign your own playlists.
Install Max App, then open Guided customer setup from Customers to choose the intended customer, TV and authorized source. Help and support explains each step and how to confirm the TV applied your change.
Bring your own playlists
Max App plays only the M3U playlist and optional EPG data you add. No channels, subscriptions, or media are included.
Check your changes on the TV
Follow Delivery in your saved setup. A saved or published change still needs to be received and applied by the intended TV at the exact expected revision; playback is a separate check.
