Install on Fire TV
- Get the Downloader app
On the Fire TV, open the Appstore, search for Downloader and install it. - Allow installs from Downloader
Settings > My Fire TV > Developer options > Install unknown apps > turn on Downloader. If Developer options is hidden, open About, select your device name seven times, then go back. Menu names vary by Fire OS version. - Open this page on the TV
In Downloader, type the short address shown on this page (it ends in /install) and press Go. - Download, then Install
Choose Download APK, wait for it to finish, then select Install and Open. Afterwards, turn off the install permission for Downloader. - Pair the device
Open Pair device in the app, then enter its eight-character pairing code on the Devices page of your portal. It expires after ten minutes.
Install on Android phone, tablet or Android TV
- Scan the QR code or open the page
Use your phone camera on the QR code, or open the page address on an Android TV or tablet. - Download the APK
Tap Download APK and open the file when it finishes. - Allow this source
If asked, allow installs from your browser or file manager just for this install. - Install and open
Tap Install, then Open. Choose Pair device and enter its eight-character pairing code in the portal. Afterwards, turn off the install permission for that browser or file manager.
Update an existing install
- Install over the top
Use a release with the same signing identity and an equal or higher build number. Install it without removing the app to keep local data, device code and pairing; portal settings stay in your account. - Do not uninstall first
Uninstalling clears the app's local data. Diagnose a failed update using the steps below before considering a reinstall. - Check the version
After the update the version number in the app should match the one shown on this page.
If an install or update fails
- If the update says App not installed
Keep the installed app. Check supported platforms, free storage and the downloaded file checksum, then compare build numbers. If your installed build is newer, wait for a newer release instead of uninstalling. - Confirm signing compatibility
If a valid download still cannot update, ask support to check the signing identity. Only reinstall after a confirmed signing mismatch and accepting loss of local data, including pairing and on-device preferences. - Re-pair after a reinstall
On the fresh install, open Pair device and enter its new eight-character pairing code on the Devices page. Playlists and customers live in your portal and are not lost. - Still stuck?
Open a support case from the Support page with the app version and what the installer said.
This is a direct download of the signed app, not an app-store release. Install only from /install on this portal. Never enter portal credentials into the TV or into a download link.
